North Padre Landmark

Driving over the JFK bridge onto the Island I couldn't help but notice the towering presence of the North Padre Island water tower under construction next to Sea Pines. Decided to drive over to the tower site to take a closer look. Interestingly the tower construction is being completed by a company called "Landmark" construction. The new tower will hopefully resolve the lack of water pressure experienced by Island residents and visitors. Maybe the days of showering under a trickling stream of water and going to work with soap still in your hair are behind us. One thing for certain is the new tower will have a presence on the North Padre Island skyscape.
